Return & Refund Policy

 

  1. Returns Eligibility
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

     

  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Personalized or custom-made items are once produced.

     

  • Sale/clearance items marked as “final sale.”

     

  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty upon delivery, with issues to be reported within 24 hours and supported by video evidence. No returns will be accepted after 48 hours (Ibadan) or 72 hours (outside Ibadan).

     

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

     

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

     

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

     

  1. Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color (if available), contact us for instructions.

     

  • Exchanges may involve extra shipping charges.

     

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
